There will be prizes for Wards and Individuals (ward prizes will be given by percentages based on number of youth in your ward)

Item Drop Off Plan Tuesday July 15th 6:00 - 8:00 P.M.
WHO: All kids/ma’s & pa’s/Uncles & Aunts (anyone needing to drop off buckets & sleeping gear)
WHAT: Registration verification, Permission slips, and checking in gear
1. Each person will bring their 5-gallon bucket decorated and labeled well with their name and ward.
2. Each person will bring one large black garbage bag with their well-marked sleeping gear in it.
3. Each person will need to bring their permission slip if they haven’t already turned it in. *All youth and adults going on trek will need to turn in a permission slip.
We encourage attendance this night! Those who come and check off everything with the logistics team will receive a “Fast Pass” bracelet and won’t have to wait in line the next morning if they show their “Fast Pass” bracelet upon arrival Wednesday morning.
Departing for the Trek Site Wednesday July 16th
WHO: Everyone going on trek!
WHAT: Stragglers will follow check in process from previous night. Anyone with a “Fast Pass” bracelet will pick up their permission slip, and pack their sack breakfast and get back into drivers’ cars to go. *Please bring full water bottles.
*Drivers will check in at DRIVER CHECK IN table to give their information and receive driving directions and map.
WHERE: Stake Center Parking lot (see map)
WHEN: There will be staggered arrival times, please see schedule below! We will strive to help the youth leave on time to arrive to the beginning trek site. Please be on time.
1st group drop off - 12th & 17th wards: Arrive at 7:00, Leave at 7:15 a.m.
2nd group drop off - 22nd & 23rd wards: Arrive at 7:15, Leave at 7:30 a.m.
3rd group drop off - 8th, 18th, & 19 wards: Arrive at 7:30, Leave at 7:45 a.m.
At the trek site, there no cell phone coverage and the trail and camp sites are on private land behind locked gates. Therefore, we strongly encourage all adults and youth to arrive and depart with the group. If you will be arriving or departing outside of the established group times, you will need to make arrangements prior to trek by contacting John Rollins at 801-698-5052. Our trails and camp sites my be several miles away from the gate, so if we're not planning on you, you won't be able to get through the gate or meet up with the group.
